Stillscape: Ambient Puzzle · Effective 1 September 2026 · Last updated 8 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how L5L3 s.r.o. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Czech Republic, handles information in connection with the mobile application Stillscape: Ambient Puzzle (the "Application"). The Application is provided free of charge and may be supported by advertising.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), L5L3 s.r.o. is the controller of the information described below. You can reach us at official@l5l3.cz.

1. Information We Collect

The Application does not ask you to register, and does not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that directly identifies you. We collect no such information.

The Application does, however, automatically collect the following categories of information, through the third-party software development kits (SDKs) described in section 3:

Category Examples Purpose
Device or other identifiers Advertising ID (AAID on Android / IDFA on iOS), where advertising is shown, and identifiers generated by the SDKs to recognise your installation of the Application Advertising and marketing; developer communications
IP address The network address your device connects from. It is received by the SDKs described in section 3 whenever the Application contacts them Serving and measuring advertising; fraud prevention; deriving your approximate location
Approximate location Country or region, derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise or real-time GPS location, and the Application requests no location permission Analytics; serving regionally appropriate advertising
App activity Screens visited, puzzles started and completed, difficulty selected, number of moves, stars earned, time spent in the game Analytics
App information and performance Diagnostic data, error and crash information, operating system version, device model Analytics; stability and performance

Your game progress, difficulty preference, and sound and music settings are stored only in local storage on your own device. They are not transmitted to us or to anyone else.

2. Why We Use This Information

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

The Application integrates third-party software development kits (SDKs). The information described in section 1 is transmitted to and processed by the following categories of service, each of which acts under its own privacy policy:

Please note: the Advertising ID is a persistent, resettable identifier for your device. It is not anonymous. When it is shared with an advertising provider, that provider may combine it with information from other apps and websites in order to select advertisements. If you do not want this, see section 5.

Beyond the services listed above, we do not sell your information and we do not disclose it to any other company or organisation, except where we are required to do so by law — for example to comply with a court order, subpoena or similar legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Please read this section carefully, because it explains an important limitation.

We hold no user records of our own

We operate no user accounts, no login, and no servers or databases of our own that store information about you. Everything described in section 1 is collected by, transmitted to, and held by the third-party providers described in section 3. We see it only as aggregated reports and statistics, in which individual users cannot be singled out.

Why we cannot delete your data on request

Because we hold no individual user records, and because the Application collects nothing that identifies you to us, we have no means of locating, exporting, or deleting the data of any individual user on request. There is no identifier you could give us that would allow us to find your data, and the Application therefore offers no data-deletion request mechanism. This is reflected in the Data safety section of our Google Play listing.

This is a limitation of what is technically possible for us, not a refusal to honour your rights. The controls described below are the effective means of removing data, or of breaking the link between your device and data already collected, and we will assist as far as we are able with any request made under section 6.

What you can do

Retention

Analytics event data is retained by Google for the retention period configured in our Firebase project settings, after which Google deletes it or keeps it only in an aggregated form from which individuals cannot be identified. Any advertising data is retained by the advertising provider in accordance with that provider's own data retention policy. Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Application.

5. Your Advertising Choices

Inside the Application, open the information button on the main menu and choose Privacy Options. That reopens the consent screen shown when you first reached the main menu, where you can withdraw or change any permission you previously gave, including for individual advertising partners. Where the law gives you a right to refuse or to opt out, this is the primary way to exercise it, and it is available at any time.

You can also limit or turn off personalised advertising using your device settings:

Turning off personalisation does not remove advertising from the Application. Where advertisements are shown, they will still appear, but they will be selected without using your Advertising ID for personalisation.

6. Your Rights in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

If you are located in the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, data protection law gives you the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

Our legal bases for processing are:

Please note the limitation explained in section 4: because we hold no records that identify you, we are in most cases unable to act on such a request ourselves, and we will direct you to the third-party provider that holds the data. Where we are able to act, we will respond within one month.

7. Your Rights in the United States

If you are a resident of California or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy law (including Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia), you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, the sharing of your Advertising ID with an advertising provider may be treated as a "sale" or as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some of these laws. To opt out, delete or reset your Advertising ID using the device settings described in section 5, which is our designated opt-out method. We do not knowingly process the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16 years of age for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly serve advertising that is directed to children.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at official@l5l3.cz. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take the steps available to us to have it deleted, including asking the relevant third-party provider to remove it.

9. Security

All information transmitted by the Application is sent over encrypted connections. We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to the reports and statistics that we access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

Our third-party providers process information in countries outside the EEA and the United Kingdom, including the United States. Those transfers are carried out by those providers under the safeguards described in their own privacy policies, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and publish the new version here. Where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention within the Application. Please review this page periodically.

12. Contact Us

If you have any question about this Privacy Policy, or about how the Application handles information, please contact us at official@l5l3.cz.
